Myth 1
Support comes from your bra cups and straps
FACT: The most important areas of support come from the cradle (the front part of the band where the cups rest) and the center gore. For a truly comfortable fit, make sure the band fits snugly without feeling too tight, and remember that you can alter the band’s tightness by choosing a different hook fastening.
Your straps should have to do little work when it comes to supporting you.
Myth 2
The only way to get a lift is with a push-up bra
FACT: Nope, you don’t need to wear a push-up bra to get the lift and cleavage you are looking for.

Myth 3
Underwires are so uncomfortable!
FACT: If you choose the right cup shape and bra size your underwire bra should not feel uncomfortable at all.
The underwire can ride up your breasts or dig into your underarm if the cup size is not right. And a too-loose band means your bra
will move around, which can also lead to underwire discomfort.
Myth 4
Your bra size stays the same!
FACT: Different life stages affect the size and shape of your breasts. Weight loss and gain, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and ageing all result in changes. Just a three-kilogram shift in weight will impact the size of your breasts and in turn the size of a correct-fitting bra.
Myth 5
Pretty bras can’t give support
