Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
- Please note that you have to create an online profile, and ensure you logged into your profile to use a Gift Voucher as a payment option at checkout.
- Gift vouchers are valid for (36) months from the date of purchase.
- Online purchased electronic gift voucher redeemable online at www.miladys.com and in-store.
- In-store purchased vouchers cannot be redeemed online.
- Electronic vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
- Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
- We are not responsible if an Electronic voucher is lost or stolen no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

Only one gift voucher is redeemable per transaction.
- If the full value of your electronic voucher is not utilized on your first purchase, the balance will be remaining on your voucher.
- Miladys will not be held responsible for any mailer service operator's delay in forwarding an electronic gift card to the customer.
- Misuse of the electronic voucher may constitute fraud and may lead to prosecution.
- Purchase authorization will be declined if these terms and conditions are breached.
- Exchange and/or return of merchandise purchased in whole or in part with the Electronic voucher, will be governed by the procedures and policies of Miladys and the applicable law. At the time of any exchange or return, you must present both the merchandise receipt and the electronic voucher mailer.
- We are not responsible if the customer's recipient information is provided incorrectly; no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
- Cannot be used to pay an account.
